The home ultimately sold for $720,000, well above the asking price—an outcome that reflected not only buyer demand, but also the importance of thoughtful pricing and targeted exposure.
A New Chapter in Berkeley Township
Selling this home marked the close of a meaningful chapter that began nearly sixty years ago. At the same time, it opened a new one. My father is now transitioning to a single-level home in the Holiday City Carefree community in Berkeley Township—a move designed for comfort, simplicity, and the next stage of life (with another blog post coming soon).
